Vision Validation ensures a project's direction aligns with stakeholder needs through iterative feedback and continuous alignment.

Vision Validation is the ongoing practice of testing a project's stated vision against real-world evidence gathered through delivery, feedback, and observation, confirming whether the vision continues to represent a genuinely valuable and achievable direction or whether it requires revision in light of what has actually been learned since it was first articulated. Rather than treating a vision as a fixed declaration to be pursued unquestioningly once set, vision validation applies the same empirical discipline used elsewhere in Agile practice, checking the vision's underlying assumptions against accumulating evidence and adjusting course when that evidence indicates the original direction no longer fits reality.


Why a Vision Requires Ongoing Validation
